ALUMINUM AND GLAZING WORKS
Metal Art Aluminium & Cladding Division manufactures many different products as per the customer requirements. Metal Art Aluminium & Cladding Division can handle discrete product orders such as aluminium composite panels or aluminium handrails, but can also take on contracting styles lump sum projects such as an aluminium canopy or skylight. The Aluminium & Cladding Division could also handle some civil works in-house (if the works are minor) or through one of its group contracting companies (if the works are more substantial), in order to provide the customer with a hassle-free one-stop-shop experience. Some of the Aluminium & Cladding Division product ranges include Aluminium Doors & Windows, Aluminium Canopies & Skylights, Aluminium Composite Panels, and Aluminium Handrails & Accessories. Aluminium Doors & Windows Aluminium doors and windows can be manufactured as per the design of the customer (standard section designs are also available). If the design is not available, Metal Art can propose an economical design for the customer and implement it as per global/local governing standards. Some examples of types of aluminium doors and windows that are manufactured include: Hinged Windows & Doors Thermal Break Hinged Windows & Doors Aluminium Tilt & Turn Windows & Doors Sliding Windows & Doors Thermal Break Sliding Windows & Doors Aluminium Canopies Aluminium canopies can be manufactured as per the design of the customer (standard section designs are also available). If the design of the canopy is complete and provided by the customer, Metal Art can manufacture and erect the structure as per the required specifications. If the design is not available, Metal Art can propose an economical design for the customer and implement it as per the general requirements. Metal Art Aluminium & Cladding Division can also handle the required civil works common to canopies or skylights, such as column foundations, block walls, etc... Similarly with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, such as piping and cabling, light fixtures, etc... Canopies offer weather protection as well as aesthetic improvements to entrance areas. Canopies usually consist of a steel structure with aluminium cladding. Aluminium Composite Panels Aluminium composite panels (ACP) are manufactured by bonding top and bottom layers of aluminium sheet with an anti-toxic polyethene core material. Both surfaces are rolled and coated with special baking varnish. Applications of ACP include: building exteriors curtain walls, decoration or reformation, storey-addition for old buildings, decoration of interiors walls, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens and balconies, advertisement boards, display platforms & signboards, etc... Metal Art fabricates panels as per the client’s desired colour & thickness accordingly. Aluminium Handrails & Accessories Metal Art specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of all forms of balustrades, handrails, privacy screens and pool fencing. Our extensive range of latest designs includes those utilizing Stainless Steel, Powder Coated Aluminum, Glass, Frameless Glass, Stainless Steel Wires and Architectural Fittings. Metal Art can manufacturer and erect handrail, railings or balustrades built from aluminium, stainless steel or glass as per the required design and specifications. If the design is not available, Metal Art can propose an economical design for the client and implement it as per global/local governing standards.
SKYLIGHT
The Skylight consists of a steel structure, Spaceframe, steel ring beam on a peripheral truss of variable height and a single layer pre-tensioned high strength steel rods supporting the glass via a special fitting placed at the intersection between tension rods. The steel structure transfers the tension forces in the tension rods into a compression force absorbed by the steel ring beam. Tension rods should be pre-tensioned to the appropriate level in order to keep deflections within acceptable limits. Glass fittings should be made of the stainless steel grade 316 and should be capable of accommodating the deflection & rotation of glass without inducing additional stress into the glass panels. The skylight manufacture should submit evidence that he has designed, manufactured and installed at least one skylight of this type. STEEL STRUCTURE AND SPACE FRAME
Consist of a double layer with square or rectangular modules bottom and top chords consist of prefabricated circular tubes, and components are connected to nodes on site. Mentioned nodes are spherical in shape and produced of forged steel. The top and bottom chord and diagonal members of space frames shall be, fabricated from Powder Coated GI or from Stainless Steel (grade 316) mirror or mat finishing.
STANDING SEAM
The roof cladding system shall be a twin skin site built-up aluminum standing seam system. The standing seam element shall be supported by concealed fix specially processed extruded aluminum clips. The clips shall be positively fastened to Z purlins with stainless steel fixing screws through the lining sheet. The outer standing seam sheets shall be clipped together over the support clips and Z purlins and the Upstand seams mechanically closed using a proprietary zipping machine. The external sheet shall be mechanically smooth curved to suit the required roof radius. Liner sheets shall self curve or be crimp curved to the required roof radius.
